For my Seminar in Resource Development class, I completed two projects analyzing the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation and its potential for completing a successful capital campaign.
The first was a case statement outlining the foundation’s mission, goals, and reasons why donors should support the campaign.
The second was an eight-page report assessing the Foundation’s readiness for a capital campaign, including sections on leadership, technology, fundraising strategy, and more. Both projects focused on evaluating the organization’s strengths and opportunities for long-term fundraising success.
