Hi, I'm Hailey and I am a 2024 graduate from the University of Alabama where I studied public relations with an emphasis on sports, entertainment and nonprofit communication management. I am proud to have received my bachelor of arts in Communication & Information Sciences with Summa Cum Laude honors after maintaining a work-school-life balance over the past four years.
In my previous experience, I was an intern with the university’s athletics communications department and worked as a secondary communications contact for the volleyball and softball teams – roll tide!
I recently finished a public relations internship at Confidant, a New York-based agency, where I served as an additional support on multiple client accounts, focusing on trend research, media relations and assisting with special projects.
Apart from sports and entertainment, I have a passion for philanthropy and have contributed to strategic communication efforts for four Alabama-based nonprofits, with some of my most meaningful work impacting the community I got to call home during my collegiate career. I am excited to continue pursuing this passion by starting my master's studies in Nonprofit Administration this fall.
Outside of academic and professional endeavors, I love going to concerts, keeping up with all-things celebrity and pop culture-related and finding new flavors of Ben & Jerry's to try every time I go to the grocery store.
